Zipper is horrible

i bought this jacket but both zippers got stuck multiple times so i returned the jacket and got another one (thinking it was just a one time thing). the second jacket i got also had the same problem. i tried working the zipper so many times to get it to loosen up but it did not work. not happy at all. too late now to return.

Disappointing customer service

I bought this jacket online a few days ago. It is really comfy and warm, although it came with a front zipper that was defective and unusable. i reached out to the support team to see if they can help and they said there is nothing they can do for me, which is disappointing after spending the money to support a brand whose values i really believe in. i love animals and the cruelty-free vegan concept but disappointed that i cannot zip up the jacket (and i live in freezing Canada), so will be looking into other cruelty-free brands in the future.
